isolator provides preferred natural frequency to acquire phase difference
within the frequencies for a rotating machine.
Most of the time viscous damping is needed to restrict too
much movement which could occur as a machine operates at a speed near to, or
coinciding with the resonant frequencies of the program. They provide vibration
isolation of 80-95%.
